The philosophy

Named for the Greek noein — to perceive, to think — Nōesis is a room for slowing down. Chef consultant Andreas Andreou, trained in Michelin kitchens, builds modern Greek cuisine around top-quality fish and seafood, with a craft cocktail program led by dedicated mixologists.
